Brand Development | 2024

Project Goal: Create a brand for a UNESCO World Heritage Site and apply brand elements through a variety of forms

Process: Under the guidance of Douglass Scott in my Graphic Design Synthesis course at Northeastern University, I completed the brand development and application to produce a brand for the Cape Floral Region in South Africa.

PHASE 1

Logo Development

To begin this project, I completed ideation and logo development for the Cape Floral Region.

PHASE 2

Brand Development

In the brand development phase, I carefully selected a vibrant color palette, designed a captivating logo, and introduced a distinctive fifth element to elevate my brand's identity. Each element reflects the experience and history of the Cape Floral Region.

PHASE 3

Brand Applications

With the branding developed, I applied the brand guidelines to a variety of different deliverables ranging from advertisements to vehicles.

Final Summary

After applying the brand to a variety of different deliverables, I created a finall summary poster to display the Cape Floral Brand in practice.
